A standard background check report from Kwant ai and Checkr contains a number of different screenings, which are selected by the company.
Because background checks require the collection of personal data, Kwant ai and Checkr only collects information that is necessary to validate the candidate's identity and complete an accurate background check.
Candidates are required to submit their own personally identifiable information (PII). Including:
- Full name (including middle)
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Current zip code
- Phone number
- Email address
