Feature Releases - 02/2025

We’re excited to announce that the following features have recently been deployed to production:

Key Feature/Improvements Released

1. Enterprise Dashboard in Kwant 2.0

The new Enterprise Dashboard provides enterprise users with seamless access to high-level insights within Kwant 2.0. Designed to support the transition strategy, it enables larger organizations to monitor multiple projects from a single, centralized interface.

2. New User Permission: Analytics Viewer

This permission allows C-suite executives and external stakeholders (e.g., Microsoft, Switch) to access high-level analytics without revealing worker-level details. It enhances data privacy for general contractors (GCs) while ensuring critical insights remain accessible.

3. Access Control Based on Certification Expiry

To enhance security and compliance, this feature restricts access for workers whose certifications (e.g., OSHA, SST) have expired. It automates compliance enforcement, reducing the need for manual tracking by contractors and safety teams.

4. Badge Activation Reminder

This feature ensures that smart badges are activated before distribution, preventing workers from receiving inactive badges. By providing a subtle yet effective reminder, it enhances operational efficiency and minimizes delays in worker tracking. Success metrics include a decrease in untracked workers due to inactive badges and a reduction in support requests related to badge activation.

5. Incomplete Onboarding Status Tracking

This feature addresses user feedback about workers leaving onboarding incomplete while still requiring badge assignment. By providing better visibility into partially onboarded workers, it allows admins to take action—either assigning a badge or prompting onboarding completion. Key success metrics include faster worker activation times and reduced confusion in worker status tracking. This enhancement addresses user concerns about workers leaving the onboarding process incomplete while still requiring badge assignment. 6. Improvements on Access Control Integration

Improvements in sync cycles with ZKBioSecurity and Atlas optimize data consistency, reduce delays, and enhance support for longer names. These refinements make access control more seamless and reliable. Success will be measured by faster sync times, fewer access data discrepancies, and improved system stability.
